By using the FlipiCart website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & information

We try to show every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and product packaging may change from time to time.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and offers can change without notice. If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and will inform you.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only after our team verifies it.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the details are incomplete or we suspect fraud. If you have paid online, you will receive a full refund.
• Please provide a correct name, phone number and full address so we can deliver your order.

Payment

You can pay by Cash on Delivery or any other method shown at checkout.

Delivery, returns & refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are handled as described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Offers & timers

Discounts and limited-time offers are valid while stock lasts and may end or change at any time.
